Little Hill End is a charming, traditional Gower cottage situated 1/4 of a mile from Llangennith beach, nestling under the backdrop of Rhossili hill making a superb base for surfing, walking, fishing and riding.

The cottage, which has many features that you would expect in a typical cottage, such as exposed beams, polished wooden floors and a working fireplace, sleeps up to five people and has two bedrooms, a kitchen/diner, lounge and bathroom. 

The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, bed side cabinets and plenty of storage for clothes.  Bed linen is provided.

The second bedroom has a double bed and storage for clothes.  Both rooms have a portable colour tv.

The bathroom has a shower in its own cubicle, free-standing bath, a wash hand basin, toilet.  Towels are provided.

On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen and dining area.  The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with an all electric Rangemaster Range Cooker, combi microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, table and five chairs, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. 

The lounge has superb rural views, comfortable seating, and benefits from the cosiness of a wood-burning stove, although there is central heating throughout the property.   A TV, DVD player and a Hi-Fi with Sony docking station are provided for your entertainment. 

Outside, there is a pretty cottage garden and parking for two cars.
